I was quite surprised by the good quality of the food. Despite the delivery (admittedly it took a little long, but in times of crisis I understand that) the burgers were still warm and the fries were still crispy - that's because the food is delivered in packing boxes. Great! So we had no plastic waste except for ketchup / majo. The burgers and the spare ribs were excellent and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. Great diner. Nice service. Delicious food, best baked potato. So 5 stars. Unfortunately, because of the Corona times, you can't sit comfortably and enjoy yourself on site.

We received delivery today. We live about 20 minutes away by car and the food was still almost hot. The burgers and ribs tasted great and were in environmentally friendly packaging. Telephone contact was also very friendly

We reserved a table and were shown to the table by a nice waitress. We ordered a portland with sweet potatoes and a rump steak. We were more than satisfied because the price-performance ratio is great and the food was in front of us in less than 30 minutes. The rump steak was hit exactly and the burger with the fried egg was unique. The two blonde tattooed girls in the service were very attentive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

7.30 € surcharge so that the XL burger offer includes sweet potato fries instead of normal fries ?! They even cost less separately, right? On the phone it was said that the delivery aunt had an accident ... When we waited 10 minutes later at the restaurant for the food, the delivery aunt came twice and took food with her (in delivery boxes, at the side entrance) !!! So we really can't understand that. Today you disappointed and lost 4 burger-loving Palms Diner fans. It's a shame.

One of the best (most American) burgers I have had near Hannover. Great place to eat after mtb in the deister.

The food there is delicious. The staff are very friendly and kind. The waiting time for the food was also very short. We'll go there again anytime.

We can only recommend this restaurant. We currently like to order outside the home to deliver or pick up and it has always been delicious. You can also eat in the restaurant. Despite all the requirements because of the corona time, the staff put a lot of effort, whether in service or in the kitchen, and everything works perfectly. Keep it up .

Ok so I loved the fact that this restaurant it's a mixture of loving Germans, American food and Latin music I love that mixture. 1st service excellent across the board, I went for travel and training, I do not speak a lot of German language but the waiter tried her best to explain and I tried my best to help as well. Lovely, lovely service very polite and friendly. 2nd place was impeccable CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, love the fact that everything was clean from the chairs to the ceiling it is a great feeling knowing you are being served In a clean environment. 3rd FOOD WAS AMAZING ????? I had steak and I tell ya well worth the euros for that steak well cooked, flavorful! And the presentation of the plate was great for the time and detail. I cannot explain how good was the food u need to try this restaurant if u close by!. 4th dessert was picked by the waiter and I absolutely loved it, simply and tasty. Make sure you take care of the water I know they work on salary but is not a bad gesture to tip them out for their excellent service. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and I am sure they would enjoy this great place as much as I did.
